![]() It does not pair but has a continuous blinking red :-(. I took out the battery (finally and with a lot of struggle), place it back and gone, no longer works anymore. It started with continuous 'q' and the above solution did not work. VoilĂ , that's cleared the energy stored in the capacitors and keyboard works again! While holding onto CAPS lock, keep pressing a few keys for the next 5 or more seconds.The customer service representative provided me a wonderful solution that I could not find it anywhere, so here's the steps: So as a last resort, I gave Logitech a call to report the issue and asking if I could get an exchange since this is in warranty. Thinking this keyboard would need a hard reset, I tried to remove the rechargeable battery which just does not want to be removed - pincers, metal plates, flat screw drivers - the battery tray just doesn't give in and slide out! I gave up eventually. What I tried is to turn off and on the keyboard repeatedly that does not resolve it. When I return, I encountered a recurring keystroke issue that keeps typing 'q'. ![]() I happened to go on an extended trip and left my keyboard powered on throughout the week. ![]()
